     Kim Garrison is a certified trainer with Gordon Training International, LLC. The Gordon model is an evidenced-based international model for coaching personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The model rests on building the capacity of teams, leaders, and individuals to use active listening, I-messages, no-lose conflict resolution, problem ownership and other techniques for managing complex problems and work cultures. Kim can bring a suite of Gordon model trainings to your organization. She also hosts public trainings as well. The suite of trainings Kim offers under the Gordon Training International, LLC. brand are as follows.

     Kim holds an advanced certificate in program evaluation from University of Rochester. She has worked on evaluations for large-scale NSF grants as well as supporting program evaluation and strategic planning in schools and organizations for improved school climate, trauma-responsiveness, and social-emotional learning. In her own work at MVYPS, she has led trauma-informed teams and 

 

Kim aims to help schools and organizations conduct rigorous evaluation while also working to develop internal evaluation capacity in organizations and teams.

 

Some approaches that she uses in her evaluation work are:
